Telecommunications Network Operations Engineer Career in Rwanda

Job Title: Network Operations Engineer (NOC Engineer)
Our Client is a leading telecommunication company in Rwanda and is seeking to recruit result driven and motivated individuals for the above vacancy;
Reports to: NOC Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
Take care of all Fault Management activities (alarm monitoring, level 1 support, escalation, tracking of corrective actions, reporting of all activities from fault to ticket closed) Performing all data backup (APG, IOG, CDR, CP, etc). Monitoring of power status for all sites and reporting following escalation procedures. Checking operation of links which are interfaced with the switch, such as billing systems, other plmn/pstn operators, voice mail and pbx and escalate accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering.
One year relevant experience.
Good Communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
Should have good planning and organizational skills
A team player with unquestionable integrityKeen on details.
Self motivated.
Knowledgeable about GSM
Must be Rwandan
