Job Title: Direct Distribution Supervisor
Our Client is a leading telecommunication company in Rwanda and is seeking to recruit result driven and motivated individuals for the above vacancy;
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Regional Manager to achieve activation and sales objectives.
Identify Business/Activation opportunities in the market.
Recruit and Manage Activation Team Leaders and Freelancers.
Provide technical feedback with reference to issues problems with activation.
Ensure that BTL activities are held on schedule and report on results.
Recruit Points of Activation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Business/Engineering
2 years of managerial experience with field and operation experience preferable in FMCG
Should have good planning and organizational skills
Creative and Innovative
Curious to learn
Self confident and motivated
Good Communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
A team player with unquestionable integrity
Must be Rwandan
Deadline: 12/12/2011
