Job Title: Tigo Cash Regional Supervisor North/South/East/West/Kigali
Our Client Tigo is a leading telecommunication company in Rwanda and is seeking to recruit result driven and motivated individuals for the above vacancy;
Reports to: Territory Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
Track and actively manage agent performance in your territory.
Provide reports and local intelligence of market opportunities or competitor activities.
First point of contact at Tigo for agents in your territory.Organize logistics for agent recruitment.
Manage local agent recruitment sales-force.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
2 years of managerial experience with field and operation experience.
Bilingual (English /French).
Good Communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Should have good planning and organizational skills.
Creative and Innovative.
Curious to learn.
Self confident and motivated.
A team player with unquestionable integrity.
Must be Rwandan.
