Job Title: Consumer Analyst
Our client Tigo is a leading Telecommunications company in Rwanda seeking to recruit result driven and motivated individuals for the above vacancy;
Reporting to: Consumer Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
To be responsible for all the company’s brand communication including both internal and external consumers and customers.
Consultancy for category and segment managers to develop most efficient business and communication plans.
Analyze product/service performance and prepare market feedback report- Evaluate process functionality, compile inputs from all areas involved, analyze performance versus blueprint expectations and share findings/recommendations for product/ service/ process.
Leading all the Company consumer and market understanding research.
Leading brand financial analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master degree, preferably in Marketing, Social, Communication.
At least 3years experience in a similar role.
Should have good planning and organizational skills.
Creative and Innovative.
Self confident and motivated.
A team player with unquestionable integrity
