We opened our first branch in Kigali in December 2008 and we have since opened 8 more branches across Rwanda and we are in the process of opening two additional outlets in Kigali. Job purpose
The Bank tellers will be responsible for the delivery of business performance through excellent customer service and execution of operational banking services.
Key responsibilities
* To serve customers ensuring a delightful experience for the customer * Make payments and receive deposits * Processing vouchers * Recording of all bank transactions * Reconcile various transaction accounts * Comply with procedures and controlsQualification and Experience
* University Degree preferably in a Business related field * 1 year experience as a teller in a Financial institution * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish new client relationshipSkills and attributes
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish new client relationships and generate new business * Excellent planning, organizing, problem solving and analytical skills * Possess strong leadership skills * Have the passion and commitment to deliver quality service * Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines * Works well in a competitive and challenging environment * Able to relate technical skills to a sound business process * Proficient in MS suites (Word, Excel and Power point)Application
