Job Title: Front Office Executive

Front Office Executive
Administration of the reception function and other related areas
Providing administrative support to Staff and Senior Management during meetings
Attending to phone calls into and outside the firmin a courteous and polite manner
Ensuring that delivered mail or dispatches are promptly recorded and distributed internally
Assisting in the organization of conferences and events especially in handling logistics
Receiving visitors /clients and direct them accordingly
Preparing Courier Analysis e.g. DHL. EMS
Making bookings : flight booking and hotel booking
Making arrangement for tea/coffee
Making sure newspapers are arriving
Managing taxi vouchers, make sure they are signed and preparing analysis for payment
Scanning documents
The successful candidate will be required to have the following demonstrable skills and competencies
A good diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or any other relevant social sciences
2-3 years of experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages
The ideal candidate must also posses intergrity,commitment to client services and discretion.
