JOB TITLE: RETENTION OFFICERS (2)

Applicants must have

A relevant Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Adequate product and service knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities:

To develop processes to win back lost customers and analyze revenue accrued from recovery efforts.
Execute all outbound calling projects that arise from time to time.
To proactively analyze Revenue (usage) to identify potential churn and take corrective action (Segmentation of customers according to monthly, quarterly and annual usage).
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and health checks.
Suggest to management and implement customer loyalty schemes and incentives (e.g. end of year gifts, Birthday messages, bonus airtime, and recognition of special days e.g. Embassies).
Execute all welcome calls to all new customers

The successful candidates will demonstrate:

Excellent telephone etiquette skills
Exceptional and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Time management skills
Flexibility and willingness to work long hours
