Job Title: Marketing Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan. Oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.

Responsible for promoting and marketing of the university services within the East and Central African region.
Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with senior management, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
To manage the Marketing Department Budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget. Direction of marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
The achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for the university and it’s programs across all available media.
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Specifying market requirements for promotion of current and future services of the University through market research
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Analyzing potential partner relationships for the university product lines.

Qualifications and Experience

B-Com, BBA, with specialization in Marketing. Possession of a Masters Degree in Marketing will be an added advantage
4-6 years of sales experience in the marketing industry.
Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel and work with IUEA’s team of professionals.
Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
