Job Title: Trade Marketing Executive

Our client is a Telecommunication Company in Rwanda and is seeking to recruit a result driven and motivated individual for the vacancy below:

Job Objective:

To ensure brand saliency in all forms of communication and work in tandem with the product and sales teams to provide cross functional support and create a high top of mind awareness and intention to purchase.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Brand – High TOMA & ITP

Visibility
Communication
Sponsorships

2. Agency management

Create 360 degree campaigns which include press , outdoors and radio



3. High Visibility through Outdoors & Retail

Select , maintain and manage high visibility sites based on empirical data
Ensure High visibility in retail to felicitate walk-ins



4. Budget control

Prioritize and plan campaigns to manage within Budgetary constraints
Adherence to AOP

Qualification and Skills:

Graduate/MBA
3-5 years of experience in Event management, marketing and sales, agency
Should have the ability of delighting customer, building & nurturing partnerships, achieving results.
Ability to prioritize between different tasks to fit budgets and timelines
Vendor selection to maintain brand aesthetics and confidentiality
Personal resilience and a determination to drive standards
Ability to communicate effectively using both verbal and written communication channels
Ability to work within a team of professionals, guiding and coordinating towards achieving common objectives as well as organize and facilitate brainstorming sessions.
Must be Rwandan
